We will take care of it all! Once you have decided that you would like us to list your home / apartment / or condo, We will set up a time to meet in person to go over all of the details. 

When you hire KC Rental to Manage your listing you will received  to following services 

- Meet and Greet - We will come out to the property to meet the owners, answer any questions you have have and go over the entire process. 

- Photos of the rental will be taken and the listing will be created - this listing will go live on several platforms.

- Handle all booking, cleaning, schedule maintenance and supply all necessary items such as toiletries etc. 

Owner Payments - will be transferred on a bi-monthly schedule. Both the 1st and the 15th.

STR Management Fees -  

Consultation fee of $50 

Property Set up and listing - $200 and a signed contract 

Monthly Maintenance Fee -  10% of revenue 

Cleaning Fee - $50 - $200 Depending on the size of the unit - this fee is back charged to the client when they book your space
